Hewlett Homes is a family owned, independent Estate Agents founded by father-son duo Damian and Brandon Hewlett. The company was born through a shared love of all things property, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service. We believe in going above and beyond for all of our customers, ensuring they receive an extra-ordinary experience – after all, buying or selling your home should be an exciting journey or new chapter in ones life.

I began my Estate Agency career over 10 years ago, aged 17, working for a mixture of large corporate Estate Agents and smaller Independent Agents across Somerset and Bristol. I was instantly hooked by the thrill of connecting buyers with their next home and thus pursued my dream of owning my own Estate Agency. Outside of work, I have recently become a father to my beautiful daughter, Mila who takes up most of my time outside of work! However, any spare time I do have I enjoy getting outdoors with my family, socialising with friends and anything sports related.

I have a passion for buying and selling houses, combining a career as an estate agent and insurance broker, working for several local and national companies for almost 30 years. Delivering excellent customer service, listening to client needs and requirements form my core values in business. In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, walking, cycling and paddle boarding. I am also an avid rugby union supporter, a previous player and team captain, I continue to follow my local team, Bath RFC and England.

Rebecca Hewlett
Move Manager

Having come from a long and successful career in the banking industry, customer service has always been my main priority. I spent the latter part of my banking career dealing with the customers mortgage journeys, liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisers to ensure things move smoothly - this has made the transition into my new role as a Move Manager seamless. My passion for property began decades ago and have always kept a close eye on the property market, alongside several house moves. Outside of work I love spending time with grandchildren and socializing with close friends and family.

Gemma Kershaw
Sales Negotiator

Gemma joined the Hewlett Homes team in 2024 after spells with other local Estate Agents in the area. Gemma has a passion for customer service and matching clients to their dream home. Outside of work Gemma has three boys and also owns a local beauty therapy business.

Kallum Gavin
Mortgage Adviser

Kallum in an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser, based in Weston-super-Mare and can remotely support customers throughout the rest of England. He supports a wide range of clients – from first-time buyers to experienced landlords. Also specialising in Limited Company buy-to-let mortgages, helping property investors structure their purchases efficiently.

Lauren Day
Mortgage Adviser

Whether you’re buying your first home, moving up the ladder or building a property portfolio, Lauren is here to help make the process smooth and stress-free. Based in Weston-super-Mare, Lauren brings a wealth of experience in financial services, having worked both as a trusted mortgage and insurance adviser as well as a senior manager within this field.

Jordan owns a local professional photography company called Homelens and is our recommended property photographer. One of many reasons our clients choose us to sell their home is our unrivalled marketing and Jordan is a huge part of that. Based in Weston-super-Mare, outside of work you will usually see him on a golf course!
